Shipping policy

Free UPS standard shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, PO Boxes or international destinations.

Shipping charges

Standard UPS shipping is free, with no minimum order value, within our supported delivery area. We do not currently offer an express shipping option.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, within 1–3 business days. Our daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, standard shipping is estimated to take 3–7 business days. Transit estimates are separate from processing time. The delivery calendar is Monday–Friday, excluding applicable carrier holidays. Weather, service interruptions and other carrier delays may affect an estimate.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are dispatched from our Carmel-by-the-Sea location. We send a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Delays, address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction or cancellation; once dispatched, changes may no longer be possible. If we cannot meet the promised dispatch time, we will contact you with the revised estimate and available cancellation or refund options. Contact us if tracking indicates an issue or an order does not arrive.
